Wuxi TRUMY is one of the earliest manufacturers that started R&D and commercial application of all-metal flexible transmission products in China mainland in the early 1980s. At the same time, with the continuous improvement of engineering software and material science, the design of new gas turbines and compressors is constantly seeking smaller structural sizes and higher speed to improve the efficiency of the overall unit. To enable these machines to operate at extremely high speeds also presents a new challenge in rotor dynamics. In order to obtain excellent power density ratio and optimized weight ratio, TRUMY has developed a new generation of low bending moment disc couplings based on its rich engineering experience, using higher strength alloy steel and stricter machining tolerances, and more compact products have been developed through optimization for specific applications, thus substantially reducing the dynamic impact of couplings on turbine machinery equipment.
